Our wines come from a small selection of producers that we trust. They produce bio-dynamic, organic, natural, and small-batch wines. Our philosophy with all our drinks is to build links between our customers and the maker directly, creating a mutual bond and appreciation for the product and the craft. Our wine is no different. If the producer has a connection to the beer world, like Matthias Meierer, that’s a bonus for us, but the most important thing is they are producing interesting, lovely wines.
